虽说网文IP抄袭的风波就没间断过，但这几天IP大剧又被推向了风口浪尖。
某作者指责近年大热的宫斗剧《XX传》抄袭她的作品，甚至连她记错的诗词也照搬不误。更有网友总结《XX传》还抄袭了其他不少网络小说。
最近大热的某古风仙侠IP也曾深陷抄袭门。虽然近日其作者在微博晒出相关鉴定文件证明自己没抄袭，但文件的判决标准依然不能让部分网友信服。
刚刚结束的某IP改编大剧的作者也曾经公开承认抄袭其他作品，这段黑历史还连累了电视剧的发行方和制作方，导致其股价大跌。
抄袭这件事，往小里说，让作者破财消灾涨黑粉是难免的。但往大里说，如果抄袭风气再不打住，从此大概没有作者愿意静下心来遣词造句，考究逻辑，为读者观众们写良心作品了。
国内的抄袭风波简单介绍完了，现在小编就重点为大家介绍一下近期国外的重大抄袭事件。
1. 人物：2017年法国总统候选人Marine Le Pen（玛丽娜·勒庞）；事件：演讲时抄袭对手。
Marine Le Pen's campaign has been hit by allegationsthat she plagiarized a defeated rival during a speech to supporters days ahead of the French presidential election.

Le Pen’s campaign manager, David Rachline,played downthe plagiarism accusations, painting her speech as a form of tribute to Fillon. The references were “appreciated, including by all of Fillon’s supporters”, Rachline told France 2 television.

Monica Crowley, the Trump administration's initial pick for a senior strategic communications position on the National Security Council, plagiarized some 50 passages in her 2012 book "What the (Bleep) Just Happened?" and significant portions of her Ph.D. dissertation from Columbia University.

The book's publisher, HarperCollins, announced that it would stop selling the book until "the author has the opportunity to source the material”.

Crowley's dissertation and book are clear instances of intellectual dishonesty. Honesty and integrity are as important for national security as they are inthe quest for knowledge.

Controversial Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, who announced he will be joining Donald Trump's administration as assistant secretary in the Department of Homeland Security, plagiarized sections of his 2013 master's thesis on US security.

Clarke earned a master's degree in security studies at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. In his thesis, "Making U.S. security and privacy rights compatible," Clarke failed to properly attribute his sources at least 47 times.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the Naval Postgraduate School said standard procedure would be to launch an investigation into a thesis when allegations of plagiarism are made.

It is based on emails that the Rev. Bill Shillady, a United Methodist minister, wrote to Clinton from April 2015 through December of last year.

Shillady apologized, saying he was "stunned" by the similarities between his email to Clinton and Deuel's column.
